Thumbnail Filmstrip of Echinacea paradoxa - Ozark Coneflower Images
Ozark Coneflower is a very rare native wildflower that is naturally found only in the Ozark region of Arkansas and Missouri although it is quite hardy. Our seed is collected from plants grown at our farm in Ontario. The "paradox" of this plant is that it is a "yellow" Purple Coneflower! The foliage is long and narrow and the yellow flowers are large and showy. Butterflies flock to the flowers and birds love the Echinacea paradoxa seeds!
