Thumbnail Filmstrip of Helenium autumnale - Helen's Flower Images
Naturally occurring in wet meadows and marshes, the yellow-green centres of Helen's Flower (also unfortunately called Sneezeweed) seem to burst forth from its
brilliant yellow, ray-like, three lobed petals. Thriving in damp soils, Helenium autumnale grows beautifully in the garden and is a great plant for clay soils.
Very attractive to butterflies!
